The water spray test machine can simulate the drenching and spraying environment that the product may be subjected to during transportation and operation, to detect the IP protection grade and waterproof performance of various products.

IP22 grade test requirements Dustproof: can protect 12.5mm diameter and larger solid, not completely into the product interior;

Waterproof: make one surface of the sample form a 15° Angle with the vertical line, the distance from the top of the sample to the dripping hole is not more than 200mm, with a flow of 30.5mm/min. of clear water, a total of 10 min. on the four different surfaces of the water spraying test, after completion of the product without water stains, pass through the test if the relevant testing parameters are normal.
