The salt spray test machine is an artificial environment test equipment, which simulates the dispersion system formed by tiny drops containing salt in the atmosphere. Used for salt spray corrosion test of products, parts, metal materials, plating, coating surface etc., to check the quality of salt spray corrosion resistance of products.

Place the product in the temperature of 35℃, continously spray the product with 5% ±1% NaCl solution for 24 times.  When the product is taken out, use dust-free cloth to remove the salt water outside the housing, dry the product naturally for 16 hours to check whether the test product has rust, oxidation and other phenomena.
